With a competitive background in USPA Powerlifting and NPC Bodybuilding, giving him first hand insight into the discipline, dedication, high-performance strategies thats required to transform body and mind.

Fueled by a deep passion for the sport and helping others achieve their fitness goals James became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), an NCCA-Accredited Academy  known for producing top-tier fitness professionals. Specializing in weight loss, lifestyle, habit coaching and healthy aging. Dee takes a whole-person approach to fitness-focusing not only on physical results, but on the mindset and behaviors that support long-term success. Her expertise is backed by multiple Fit Tour certifications, including Pilates, group training, step aerobics and cycling.
